Mission Statement
To help individuals and
organizations, seeking clarity of purpose & direction, to identify &
live their missions gracefully.
Vision Statement
We envision…
COMMUNITIES where dreams are
developed, cultivated & realized.
PLACES of exploration,
encouragement and growth.
PEOPLE enthused, excited and
on fire for God!
A WORLD experiencing the love
of Christ through the focused, faithful and fulfilled lives of our clients.
Ultimately, our vision is
Matthew 5:16 - seeing our participants living such fulfilled lives that
people around them want to know how they can find more peace purpose and
meaning in their own lives.
Strategies
CREATE COMMUNITIES where
communities don’t exist.
STRENGTHEN COMMUNITIES that
already exist.
MODEL COMMUNITY within our own
organization.
Values Statement
We
acknowledge Jesus as our CEO.
We ensure everything we do
glorifies God & makes Jesus look good!
We saturate everything we do in
prayer.
We define, evaluate, and refine
everything we do by our God-given mission.
We use God's resources,
deployed through God's people, to accomplish God's purpose.
We live our lives as faithful,
whole-life stewards, taking care of everything He has entrusted to us.
We recognize, promote and maximize
the use of our God given talents, gifts and abilities.
We have fun and joyfully live
our individual life missions.
We encourage and embrace
diversity of opinion, experience, age, ethnicity, and denomination.
We eagerly anticipate
opportunities to invite individuals to accept the God’s Gift of Grace.
Charter Statement
“God saved you by his
special favor when you believed. And you can't take credit for this; it is a
gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have
done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God's masterpiece. He has
created us anew in Christ Jesus, so that we can do the good things he
planned for us long ago.” Ephesians
2:8-10 (NLT)
“I
consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete
the task the Lord Jesus has given me - the task of testifying to the gospel
of God's grace."
Acts 20:22-24
Beliefs Statement
We
believe the Bible is the word of God and is to be used for all faith,
doctrine and conduct.
We acknowledge doctrinal
differences, but choose to be united through our intercessor, Jesus Christ.
We embrace and support
compassionate Christianity, which emphasizes relationship over religion.
We believe there is one God,
eternally existent in three personalities; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the existence and
personality of Satan, and his negative influence in our world.
We believe in the virgin birth,
sinless life, miracles, substitutional death on the cross, the bodily
resurrection, and the ascension of Jesus Christ.
We believe that if you
"know the truth, the truth will set you free."
We believe salvation is a gift
of Grace -- to be received, not achieved. "If you confess with your
mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from
the dead, you will be saved."
We live by one principle,
"to love God with all our heart and mind and soul and strength, and our
neighbors as ourselves." This is possible only through the in-dwelling
presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
We believe salvation begins at
conversion, which means joyfully living a life of heaven on earth until the
fulfillment of the second resurrection!
