Being raised by a single mother taught Carol at an early age the importance of trusting in God for provision and persisting to overcome obstacles. Throughout her childhood, she observed her mother continually making sacrifices to improve her family's situation and achieve her dream of completing her education and having a fulfilling, successful career.
Carol followed in her mother's footsteps finding a fulfilling career in the telecommunications industry as a project manager, certified trainer and internal consultant. During those years God worked through fellow employees to cause a "Grace Awakening" in her life. Carol had known the Lord since childhood, but had not come to a full understanding of God's grace and her life in Christ -- resulting in her being an unfulfilled Christian.
Since her discovery of "the other half of the gospel," she has been on fire for the Lord passionately serving Him in the capacity He made her. In 1998 God called her to relinquish her position in the corporate world to become a "Christ-repreneur" -- establishing a new non-profit ministry, The Mission of Grace Foundation. Carol is now living her dream and fulfilling her personal life mission by speaking, consulting and training believers for service -- helping them identify and live their missions gracefully.
